Welcome to Lexington Home Brands, your most extensive
resource for fashionable, premium quality, home furnishings
brands—whatever your style. Everyone has his or
her own personal vision of what life at home should look
like and feel like. In an ongoing effort to provide each
of you with the perfect answer to this search, Lexington
has gathered together a wide portfolio of brands from
which to choose. Each brand has been carefully positioned
and designed to deliver a lifestyle look that appeals
to a certain personality. From the all American look
of Bob Timberlake® to the island feel of Tommy Bahama® or
the classical look of Nautica, there is a brand that
can make your home into the dream space that you desire.
We invite you to take a few minutes to explore our expansive
portfolio of brands and products—right from the
chair you are sitting in now. You also can link to related
websites maintained by our brand partners.
Utilizing many of the same skills and processes that
have produced Lexington furniture for over 100 years,
Lexington craftsmen continue their hands-on production
of casegoods and upholstery at our North Carolina plants.
In addition, because of the expertise and/or materials
available in other parts of the world—as well as
to provide consumers with access to premium quality at
a reasonable cost—a portion of Lexington’s
products is sourced from abroad. All sourcing decisions
are made to maximize the valuable skills of our own workforce
as well as to leverage resources around the world to
produce stylish products of the highest integrity and
value.
All products are designed, engineered, and manufactured
to strict quality standards, and are inspected numerous
times during the manufacturing process, including a final
inspection prior to packaging for shipment. To guarantee
the quality of your furniture before it’s delivered
to your home, each piece is "deluxed" by the
retailer from whom you made your purchase. This means
it is again inspected for defects or problems that may
have occurred during shipping. Any issues are then addressed,
drawers and doors adjusted and aligned, and, finally,
the piece is polished to look like it would on a retailer’s
floor or in your home. This is the same treatment given
to furnishings one would see in the showroom at any furniture
retailer, and performing this service is part of the
Lexington Home Brands agreement with our authorized Lexington
retailers.
Despite these efforts, however, some imperfect pieces
will reach the marketplace and/or concerns may arise
after delivery. When problems do occur, Lexington relies
on our authorized retailers to report problems and initiate
steps to resolve them. This may involve ordering repairs
or parts or replacing an entire piece, if the retailer
deems it necessary. Should you have a concern about your
furniture, please contact your retailer as soon as possible.
